Pamela Ruebusch is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TSI Group, and founded the company in 1990.

Pamela has more than twenty years of executive search, recruitment, corporate training and business advisory experience, principally in the supply chain management and logistics sectors. 

Pamela serves on the Board of Directors of Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and Economics and is member of the Humber College Supply Chain and Logistics Advisory Board.   Pamela has also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SCL). 

Pamela authors a monthly column entitled The Human Edge, which is published in Canadian Transportation & Logistics, one of Canada’s leading magazines targeting the logistics, transportation and supply chain sectors.  She is a frequent speaker at many professional conferences, colleges and universities throughout North America.

Donna Kelly is the practice group leader of TSI Group’s Executive Search and Placement Services.  Ms. Kelly brings more than 16 years of experience in recruiting and human resource management to her role of Director Search Operations.   

Prior to joining TSI Group in 1997, Ms. Kelly was the managing partner of a recruiting firm, and previous to that was Human Resources Manager for a major retailer.

Ms. Kelly has extensive experience placing executive level, senior level and mid level executives in the logistics and transportations sectors, as well as supply chain positions in many Fortune 100 companies.  She has recruited in several industry verticals, including food services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive, retail distribution,  and consumer products. 

Ms. Kelly is actively engaged with many professional organizations, including, among others, the Toronto Transportation Club.  Ms. Kelly has been a vital part of the development of TSI Group’s expertise in the logistics and supply chain areas.
